Add Outlook Address Book using prf/mst files

Hi!

I'm using prf files and mst files to automatically configure Outlook
profiles for external and internal users who connect to our Exchange server.
I've tried to create prf and mst files which will add an Outlook Address
Book to my profiles but for some reason I'm unsuccessful. Has anyone managed
to set this up using the Custom Installation Wizard? Any hints would be much
appreciated!

Under some circumstances, the Outlook Address
Book service will not get added to a new mail profile, even though the ..mst
file includes a .prf file that should add it. The solution is to use the CIW
to create another .prf file and just export it from the CIW; don't include
it in the .mst file. In this one, you'll want to set it to modify the
existing profile, not create an Exchange account, and add the Outlook
Address Book. You can deploy that .prf file as an additional file with the
CIW installation, post in on your intranet, etc. and tell users to run it if
they have problems getting their Contacts to show up in the Outlook Address
Book.

Do you have an example of what such a file would look like? I've tried to
create a .prf file which only contains the OAB but I can't get it to work.

Sorry for the short question.
I am investigating why the outlook address book service does not get added
to my exchange profile when I use a .prf file. So I came across this thread
and wondered if there was another way(other than making two .prf files) to
address this problem.

I noticed this when I ran my .prf file for the first time from a client, it
did not add the outlook address book service, but if I ran the .prf file a
second time it did add the outlook address book to my profile.

It just doesn't, at least some of the time. We don't know why.
