I have several profiles set up in Outlook on my computer. Recently, when
starting Outlook, if I am selecting a different profile than was selected
before, I get the following error:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime error outlook.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual
way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.

Then Outlook closes and I have to start it again, at which time it opens
fine. It works, but is very annoying. Is there anyway to stop it?
As a side note, I did install SP2, but I don't think that's when it started,
it was afterwards.

As a side note, I DO NOT have McAfee installed. I have NIS installed, I just
upgraded to NIS2005. I believe that was about the time I noticed the
problems. I have repaired Office, and also used the repair mailbox utility.
Neither worked.
