Outlook 2002 Printing Starting Halfway Down Page

When user prints email from her inbox that she has either forwarded to
someone else, or replied to, printing starts halfway down the page. All other
printing is good, can save document to word and it prints right. If you
create an email in her account and send it to her (from her to her) this
document also starts printing halfway down the page. Print settings have
been checked, editor set to word, message format is HTML, page setup has been
checked, and all margins look good. Ran detect and repair - was printing
halfway on all emails, now only on those as described above. Any other
suggestions?

Have you by any chance checked to see if the issue follows the user? In other
words have her try on another pc and see if same thing happens. It would rule
out corrupted local profile and tell you the issue was isolated to her
exchange mailbox.

Not a solution just an idea but many quirky issues with outlook and my end
users turned out to be isolated to their local profile, especially if they
are the type that likes to reboot their own pc's by killing the power when
they think it is "locked up".

I will try this. Couple of questions to go along with this. Would I then need
to delete the profile and recreate it? Or just uninstall Outlook, and
reinstall? Thanks
