Outlook 2002 in Office Pro XP error message

Hi
I have started receiving the following error message in Outlook when I send
& recieve:

Task 'Sending and Receiving' reported error (0x8007000E) : 'Out of memory or
system resources. Close some windows or programs and try again.'

Closing everything except Outlook has no effect.

My Pop3 account is working fine .. no issues with sending or receiving mail
so I am completely baffled as to why this message has started showing up now.
BTW my system is fully up to date with all SP's applied to XP , Office etc.

Can you help please?

Create a new profile

Control Panel | Mail | Show profiles

BUT WHAT IF YOU HAVE THIS PROBLEM?

I'm Getting these lines instead of figures and images????

Creating the new profile had no effect. Now I am getting blank e-mail
accounts being created in addition the my Outlook and ISP account. This
extra account appears to be causing the error messages and even if I delete
it it will re-appear again within 24 to 36 hours!!
