How do I fix Outlook error; out of memory or system resources

Office Pro Plus 2007, Student Can no longer send and receive email on
Outlook. Compaq Presario C500 Notebook w/Vista Home Premium. Outlook worked
fine; then began to receive error message (0x8007000E) "out of memory or
system resources, close some windows or programs and try again" I've closed
all other programs, doubled my RAM, but still get the message and unable to
send or receive email in Outlook on this computer. Best Buy confirms that I
have plenty of RAM (2GB) and 20GB of hard drive free. Deleted and reset user
email profile that had worked fine, but no help? What do I do next.

MS Office apps use their own clipboard. I think it is opened by
looking at View -> Office Clipboard. Then find the icon in the panel
that opens to clear out that clipboard. Exit Outlook, reload it, and
try again.

You could also check if there is an appropriate article in Microsoft's
huge support knowledgebase. Sometimes they have an article that
matches up with your particular problem.
