During send/receive I get an Out of Memory msg with outlook 2003

I get the following msg when I perform a send/receive opertation:
Task 'mail - Receiving' reported error (0x8007000E) : 'Out of memory or
system resources. Close some windows or programs and try again.'
I followed KB911084 MS recommendation, ran Mapi32 reapir tool, no damaged
msg in my inbox and created a new email profile but I have the same error.
Any suggestion??

Don't start a new thread regarding the same problem you reported and to
which you already have replies in a prior thread that you started all of
16 minutes earlier. Add the additional info in a post in that prior
thread to continue the discussion there.
