After an ACTIVE SYNC I receive the following message on OUTLOOK 2002 on my
laptop--- Under the Heading "OUTLOOK SEND/RECEIVE PROGRESS" I receive error
message: Task MSN:Folder: Inbox Syncronization Headers: Reported error
(0x800CCC33); Access to the account was denied. Verify that your username &
password are correct!

That is the error message and I have verified that on my laptop OUTLOOK
2002 has my correct MSN name & Password in the email section and that on my
HP iPAQ PDA when I do an ACTIVE SYNC I have the identical info on the PDA as
well.

Correct, since September 1, WebDAV access to Live Hotmail/MSN accounts has
been disabled.
For Outlook 2003 and 2007, you can use the use the Outlook Connector
instead.
For Outlook 2002 and previous, you'll have to configure it with POP3
instead.
