Outlook 2007 recieve error

Getting the following:
! Task'(e-mail address removed): Folder:Inbox Synchronization headers.' reprted error
(0x800CCC33) : 'Acceess to account was denied. Verify that your username and
password are correct. The server responded 'Forbidden'.'

Username and password are correct -what is the deal?
