Accessing my email

i have been using outlook for years. in the last 2 week i can't access my
email.
when i selecte the send recive button this massage appears i check my user
id and password


Task 'MSN: Folder:Inbox Synchronizing headers.' reported error (0x800CCC33)
: 'Access to the account was denied. Verify that your username and password
are correct.The server responded 'Forbidden'. '

I am surprised this only surfaced in the last two weeks. It should have
commenced on Sept. 1, 2009, when Windows Live turned off the WebDAV protocol
forever, on their HTTPMail accounts. Now you need to either switch to a
client with the DeltaSync (Office Outlook Connector, for OL 2003 and OL
2007), or use the POP3 protocol (which does not have all the functionality
of HTTPMail with DeltaSync):
