Using Outlook 2002 w/office sp2 and exchange 2000 w/sp3.
When attempting to open calendar, outlook and workstation
freezes. Get same results when clicking on
Options|Delegates, pc freezes also.
Any MS utility out there that can address the mailbox? It
seems to be corrupt. Thank you.

I would close it and at the start menu, run command, type
outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy

if it still failed, repeat it using /cleanviews switch (it will delete all
customized views though)

Yes, I ran cleanfreebusy. I'll run cleanviews, but not
sure how that would address outlook freezing when clicking
on delegates.
If the cleanviews doesn't work, i'll export (exmerge) the
mailbox and delete using ESM. I think the mailbox is
corrupt. I'll create a new mailbox and import pst to new
mailbox. What do you think?

Delete the srs file in \C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook too - if those fail, might as well give up and make a
new mailbox.
