Outlook 2007 freezing on send/receive

We are currently on Office 2007 SP2/XP SP3. We've uninstalled and reinstalled
Office 2007, and users still freeze. We've eliminated .PSTs (still freezes),
and deactivated all add-ins (still freezes). We're at an end of testing - any
suggestions?

Does it work in safe mode? Did you delete the SRS file?

Haven't deleted .srs and .dat files - will do so next round of testing. Have
had some people freeze in safe mode, others don't. We have found that
uninstalling KB969907 seems to cut down or eliminate the freezing, however.

Does it work in safe mode? Did you delete the SRS file?
