I just installed a new system for an existing user. On her old system
w/outlook 2000, mail is not automatically being deleted from her inbox.

On her new system w/outlook2002, mail is automatically being deleted one at
a time from her inbox. I have not made any changes to the Exchange server or
set any rules for her outlook application. Any Thoughts?

Do the messages get moved to the Deleted Items folder?

1) Check the view to make sure it is "Messages" and not "Unread Messages"
2) Make sure you're sorting by the Received column and not another one like
the icon
3) Disable any filters
4) Disable any autoarchive
5) Disable any rules.
