Outlook 2000 RunTime error

Every time I open my outlook 2000 it gives this error:

"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error

Program C:\Programas\Microsoft Office\Office\Outlook.exe
abnormal program termination"

Then outlook closes and when I start it again the error desapeares.

So every time I open outlook for the first time after turning on the
computer the error apeares.

I would apreciate some help please
