Outlook 2000 Refresh Problem

All,

We have Exchange 2003 server running with few Outlook 2000 and 2003
clients. For one person, his Outlook 2000 doen't refresh automatically.
He has to click on something to see if he has new emails or not and the
same for sending emails... also, his outlook is configured to work in
offline mode and when he opens his outlook, it doesn't prompt him to
"connect" or to "work offline" as it does in mine (outlook 2000).
any idea ??

Go to http://support.microsoft.com/, choose "Search the Knowledgebase" and
look for "UDP"
