Outlook 2000 looking for Outlook Express 4.01 Error on startup.

I just moved from using Outlook Express 6.0 to Outlook 2000. But when I
startup Outlook I get an error popup saying Outlook requires Outlook Express
4.01 or higher and that I can install version 5 using IE5setup.exe.

Not sure why Outlook is even looking for any version of Outlook Express and
why an older version than what I was using.

How can I fix this so I don't keep getting this error popup?

Is Outlook Express still installed on your system? Outlook requires
it.
