Outlook 2000 and non-english words

I have Outlook 2000 installed and would like to create a rule that would
delete all non-english characters that are in the subject line or in the
body of the message. Hopefully that would get rid of alot of unwanted email
I am getting. Any suggestions on how to do this without going out to buy
new software? Thanks in advance.

You can't. Outlook 2003 has the option to treat the use of selected
character sets as Junk. Some other SPAM-filters are also capable of doing
this.
