How can I filter foreign languages from e-mail in Outlook 2002?

I get many e-mails with non english characters in the subject and body. They
are not readable at all. How can I get them filtered out and deleted?

Start using anti-spam software to eliminate the spam. Spampal is
pretty good. It even includes a country filter so you can eliminate
mails that originate in countries from which you expect to not receive
any mails; i.e., if you don't correspond with anyone or any company in
those other countries then you can block them.
