Outgoing Mail Encryption in Outlook

Hello All,

I am really very trouble that I am not able to configure my outlook client
for outgoing email encryption.

I have tried GnuPG, Openssl, CryptoLetter but was not succefull. I also
tried GDATA Outlook plugin but it is now working if I send mail to my
internet account, say yahoo.com. I want to encrypt my all outgoing emails
that no one, other than the inteted reader, should be able to read my email.

Please advise me if there is any good software or plug-in that is available
for
such purpose.

There is anther product I heared Biodata SecureDesk but I couldnt find this
software at Biodata website http://www.biodata-systems.info/ . Can anyone
guide me regarding this software.
