Outgoing Mail Problem

All of the Outgoing Server Settings are configured properly and I'm
experiencing a problem with Outlook 2007 prompting me for a Password, even
though the "Remember Password" checkbox is checked. I cannot get past the
prompt and am not able to send email. I am receiving incoming mail.
