Outgoing emails

Recently, all of our emails sent from Outlook include two attached files, one
a .wmv and one a .gif file (a picture of a cartoon figure). I don't know how
these have been added to the template, and going through all of the help
topics and email formatting, i can't remove them. They don't show up in the
version of the email in the "sent items" listing, but only show up in the
version sent to the recipient. Any help?

If you are using Exchange then it could be appending a signature to
all externally outbound e-mails. That is often done to add a
corporate disclaimer to e-mails sent to outsiders.
