Outbox

How may I set controls for Outbox so emails are NOT sent when I log on but
when I click to send?
 
Tools, Options, Send, uncheck "Send messages immediately".
Also, Tools, Options, General, uncheck "Send and receive messages at startup"
and uncheck "Check for new messages every X minutes".
