"Out of Frequency" error message

Does anyone know what will cause this error? It occurs when we switch users
on our PC. It gives you a countdown, and then PC shuts down. Only thing can
do then is reboot. thanks..

A quick search in yahoo gives

so I guess the user you're switching to has a setting for the graphics
display that isn't supported.
