BLACK OUTS

WHEN I LOG ON TO MY PC MY DESK TOP COMES ON THEN BLACKS OUT THEN REAPPEARS
ALSO WHEN WE SWITCH FROM USERS ON MY PC SOMTIMES IT BLACKS OUT THEN I HAVE TO
SHUT DOWN BY USING MASTER SWITCH TO PROCEED CAN ANYONE HELP ME SOLVE THESE
PROBLEMS

have you checked for any loose monitor cables?.... if the problem is lcd,
then it could be the power convertor and requires an lcd service repair. do
you have any question marks next to your video or monitor in your device
manager?

I have the same problem. Have you had any good answers? Every time User #2
or #3 on my computer log off my monitor goes black and I have to reboot.
