Operating System Not Found after reset

Hello!

My computer froze while it was doing something and I hit restart. When
the computer rebooted it ended on a black screen saying "Operating
System Not Found"

I have 2 other Hard Drives besides the one that has the Operating
System (WINXPPRO),

F: (60GB)
X: (200GB)

I immediately disconnected them because they have all my artwork,
files, and music and I wasnt sure if there was a virus on my computer.

When I removed the two drives and restarted the computer it loaded
Windows XP with no problem, but then Norton was having a fit and saying
my subscriptions had expired etc etc, and I couldn't even uninstall
them because the uninstall information is on one of the drives I took
out. I wanted to check and see if there was a virus on my computer, but
I didnt think this was the case. After much searching it seemed to be
that I had a corrupted Master Boot Record or a corruped BIOS.

I thought it might have been a corrupted BIOS because, when I try to
attach my other hard drives again, and boot from CD ROM, I get

CANNOT BOOT FROM CD ROM : ERROR 4

or something along those lines.. So I was like ok why isnt my CD ROM
bootable?

I went into my BIOS which is PhoenixBIOS 4.0 Version 6 (supposedly a
very popular bios) and I looked through it to see if anythign was off
-- well I couldnt see any of my hard drives listed..

This is how my bios menu looks:

MAIN | ADVANCED | SECURITY | POWER | BOOT | EXIT

I go to BOOT and I see a page with this info

Boot Time Diagnostic : [Enabled]
QuickBoot Mode: [Enabled]
....

First Boot Device : [Removable Devices]
Second Boot Device: [ATAPI CD-ROM DRIVE]
Third Boot Device: [Hard Drive]
Forth BD: [Network Boot]
Hard Drive
Removable Devices
Removable Format

In Hard Drive all I see is :

1. [Bootable Add-in Card]

Which I'm assuming is my ATAPI hard drive controller, but it doesnt
list any of the drives

In Removable Devies all I see is:
1. Legacy Floppy Drives
2. IOMEGA Zip 100-PM

and no CD ROM (which its DVD-RW drive)

In Removable Format all I see is
IOMEGA Zip 100-PM

Specs:
Dell Dimension XPS T700r (from 2000)
RAM: 512 MB
Clock: 700Mhz
HDD1: 30GB
HDD2: 60GB
HDD3: 200GB

It boots and acts fine when I take the other 2 drives out... Anyone
have any idea whats going on? I've spent the last few hours banging my
head trying to fix this..

I installed Partition Table Doctor 3.0 and it has my main drive listed
as F: when it is supposed to be C:, F: is one of my other hard
drives,..

so is this a corrupted record or what..
