Operating System failure

Everytime I start my laptop i get a message on screen "operating system not found"
and then stop everything. what should I do?
Please help

YOU CAN CHEC THE CONFIGURATION OF YOUR "BIOS" FOR CHANGES AND MOVES IN TEH SECTION OF BOOTABLE DEVICES IF IT IS RIGTH YOU SHOULD RE INSTAL THE PROGRAM (OPERATING SYSTEM)
