opening in new window

When I open a page in a new window it is completely
minimized - just a tiny rectangle that I have to
maximize. Very annoying. I do not have an option under
Advanced Web Page settings to "use windows defaults" as
the help file suggests. Any hints
 
Pat,
Stretch that small second window out to full size- don't use maximize.
Close the first (parent) window, then close that second window.
