New page opens minimized

When I open any new web page from a link the window opens
minimized and I must Maximize to view page. This just
started last week. Is there something in properties that
needs to be changed? Thanks

Hi,
Stretch that second window out to the desired size- don't use maximize.
Close other IE windows. Close that window last.
