Opening IE 6 from icon.

When I open Internet Explorer 6, it does not open to
normal size but to about 1/12 size. Where do I go to set
IE6 to open the home page in normal view.
 
Rt. click the IE icon you are using, choose Properties. Make sure the Run: box says "Maximized".
