open window limit

frequently my computer will have a pop up the states ,You
have reached the open window limit .

Close some of the open windows .


Most of the time I only have one or two open windows .

Windows mill? Never heard of it. This is probably the source of your
problem. Stop using it. What functionality does this windows mill add to
Windows 2000?
