One more printing problem

I have not had problems before with XP but now I do. I have a deskjet 840C printer. When I try to print from the internet it won't let me. It just tells me error. But I can save it to my documents and print it from there. I can print from any of my programs just not the internet. When I tried to go to printers it dose not show any Icons for a printer. When I go to add printers it won't do anything. So I can't go to drivers either. It says the program is working but I can't find a program for printers. It won't let me uninstall or install from the CD. Can anyone help me?

Hi Gaile,

Go to C\:Windows\System32\Spool\Printers and delete the contents.

Also: Go to IE/Tools/Internet Options/Advanced/Uncheck Enable third-party
browser extentions. Reboot
