i was trying to download one care and it told me to uninstall avg free so i
clicked to uninstall, well, my computer crashed, called manuf tech support
and we did system repair but avg is still on the computer and when i try to
remove within controll panel, i get this message: could not initialize AVG
Anti Virus Kernel interface, Application Cannot Run...how do i get AVG off
the computer without crashing again? looked for support from AVG but they
don't give any for the free and afraid to try to download one care again for
fear of it crashing again... someone please help me...

If you had asked first you would have been told to avoid OneCare and keep AVG as AVG is a
supperior anti virus product !

I suggest restoring the PC to period when AVG was working OK.
