Hi Healer,
Try to disconnect from the Internet and Open the Windows explorer and expand
the C:\ drive to get thiese:
[+]C:\Documents and Settings
[+]C:\Program Files
Click on the [+] to expand to become [-] and there are sub folders for all
programs installed locate the AVG and SHIFT + DELETE to bypass the Bin.

[+] C:\Windows

Try with all and delete all folders manually for AVG.

You can Open the Local Search engine and search on your Computer and delete
all found Folders for AVG, you can try the registry but you can do that with
the CCleaner.

Don't connect to the internet without AV, you can try to download the latest
for AVG or Avast or any AV you like.
HTH.
Let us know.
Good luck.
