Have outlook 2003 on xpsp1

if I want to create a rule for all mail from '@domain.com'
how do I do it?

I start with the mail from (e-mail address removed) and outlook keeps going to the
address book and will not let me edit the email address

Use the option "with specific words in the message header" and put in
@domain.com
