offline help?

Can I somehow download all the help files to my laptop so I can browse through it quickly (locally)

It's a real pain when I have to wait everytime I search for something

This is Outlook 2003, right? The help files are already on your laptop. You
just have to tell Outlook to use them rather than the online content. Tools
| Options | Other | Advanced Options | Service Options | Online Content --
clear the "Search online content when connected" box.

After you conduct a search of offline help content, you can search the
online content by clicking the link title "For additional and updated
content, search Microsoft Office Online" at the top of the Search Results
pane.
