Hi

I am getting the exect same problem, and now my outlook doesn't open
normally or even open messages.
What cab I do??

Some of the searching I did turned up an issue for a few people who are
running Skype. They removed the Skype toolbar from Outlook, they didn't say
how. It could be that they removed Skype's integration with Outlook be
removing the Add In, if there is one.

hi - it's installed but not loaded. the system has been working great up
until the last two days, when these errors just started happening. After
redoing the WDS index and the OST file, it now completes the search
successfully but crashes when reading messages.

i am rebuilding the profile now, uninstalled WDS 3.01 and installed WDS 4.

You're not using Skype by any chance?

Hi all -

I'm getting three errors (see below) in Outlook when i try to read items
returned by a Windows Desktop Search (ie Instant Search in Outlook). Office
2007 SP1 upgraded from Office 2003 (been fine for a year before this). I
have already reindexed Windows Desktop Search (3.01), removed all non-outlook
items from index and also deleted and recreated the OST file.

my next ideas are to recreate the mail profile, run fixmapi or delete the IE
cache. Any suggestions? Thanks for any help you can provide.

Why don't you test it with one of the profiles?

Tried to recreate a profile "new shortcut", but still doesn't work. The only
way I am able to open outlook is by opening in safe mode, but it still
doesn't work whent trying to view mails??

If you want Microsoft to respond, then you must call them and open a support
incident.
Do I need to re-install outlook or what can I do?

Reinstalling is unlikely to help. If it works in safe mode, then it's
likely you have a malfunctioning add-in. Enable them one at a time and see
if you can determine which one.
