office 2003 in windows me

If I buy the student and teacher edition of office 2003, can I install it in
windows me? The box says you must have xp or 2000. Also, can anybody tell me
if it is worth it? It's $199 canadian and Access is not included. Are the
rest of the programs complete?

That's true. Why wouldn't it be?

AFAIK the other programs are complete. Whether it's worth it is your
call. There are quite a few cheaper packages around.
