Instaling MS Office

I just purchased MS Office for students and teacher
edition 2003 and upon installing receive message on my
computer that "MS Office 2003 requires Windows 2000 with
service pack 3". I downloaded this software and now when
it tries to load tells me "a server name or address could
not be resolved". How can I resolve??

So you applied SP3 for W2k, it went OK, and you can boot up normally?

Where do you see this error message/what are you doing when it appears?
