OE shuts down when trying to print reformatted HTML message

When printing email from OE, error box: "print preview not available for HTML
formatted items. Never had that problem before, but now, even when I
temporarily reformat to text, new print diaglogue boxes pop up (not from
printer mfgr) and after configuring and clicking print, up pops a print
confirmatin box which lasts only an instant and then Outlook Explorer also
shuts down. I'm able to reopen OE and try again, but get the same result.
I've rebootted, trouble shot, etc, but nothing. I've used several virus
scanners, adware and spyware fixes, to no avail.

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.

Oops. I meant Outlook not Outlook express. The problem is with Outlook.
