Printing HTML Emails from Outlook

For some reason, one of our computers (XP Pro, Office XP, Outlook 2003) can
no longer print emails in HTML format. There is no problem with the printer
or network; in fact, plain text emails from Outlook print fine. However,
when printing an HTML email, the quick print button doesn't print, and when
going to File, Print, the hourglass pops up then disappears, but never opens
the Print window. Any ideas?

Thanks for your help Chuck. I figured out the problem...we recently
installed Symantec Corporate Anti-Virus on our server, and when it
uninstalled the previous versions of Norton Anti-Virus, apparently it left
hanging files that essentially disable all Java on the machines, affecting
not only html emails, but the search feature in windows, windows updates,
etc. To fix the problem, Symantec sent us an uninstall tool for their
software, which we then had to reinstall fresh, fixing all the problems.
Just thought you'd like to know. Thanks for your help!
Steve
