Outlook Printing Problem

Outlook handles printing of plain text email different than HTML email. For
me the biggest problem is that when printing a plain text email you cannot
specify the range of pages you want to print. You can only select All, Even
or Odd pages. However, when printing HTML email you can specify a range of
pages or specific pages.

My question is how do I get around this problem so that I can specify a
range of pages to print when printing plain text emails?

I am using Outlook 2003 SP3 on XP SP2.
