Outlook 2003 - does not show default printer in drop-down list

when using outlook 2003 and attempting to print any rich text or plain text
emails any installed network printers do not list up when chossing File than
print. However, when attemptting to print HTML emails than all my installed
network printers list up.

I can print rich and plain text emails from the toolbar shortcut to my
default but that is it.

Also, when printing from word or excel for excample I can get all the
printers listed when going to File than print.

I have done the following.:
- Removed and re-installed outlook 2003, applied sp3 and any additional
updates.
- installed Windows XP SP3 and any additional updates.
- Removed all printers, there drivers, rebooted the PC and installed the
printers again.
- Removed adobe acrobat standard 8, tried to print and no luck. I than
re-installed adobe and no luck.

Any suggestions or solutions welcome

I am hoping this thread will be answered at some point as I am having EXACTLY
the same issue as the poster above. Additionally, Adobe Acrobat docs cannot
see any network printers either.

Help?
