When I print emails or attachments, then move to the next message, outlook
shuts down, and then re-opens but with message list only, not the preview
pane.
Do you have any add-ins installed that might be involved in printing? Does
the problem occur if you load Outlook in Safe mode (hold down CTRL key as it
opens)?
If the answers are Yes and No, try disabling add-ins.
