OE attachments saving to default folder

Has SP2 fixed OE, to allow a choice of a folder for
saving attachments that will "stick" ?
Or does OE still insist that "My Docs" is for everyone?
What can one do to change the default setting like I
could before the updates.

Set the "Save Attachments" Default in OE

Note: My script will only work for 100 saves and then needs to be reset.
