O.E. not responding when I change identities

I have posted this problem before and get told to wait a
few minutes, but nothing every happens. What am I doing

This is a *NEWSGROUP*, not a chat-room. It could take DAYS for the right
person to see your problem and respond - you should also be aware that it
isn't MS technical support, either.
