Windows Vista NV4_Disp BSOD message

Hello

My XP Pro desktop is constantly blue screening which is due to the NV4_Disp error message, which as far as i can tell is down to the nVidia graphics card. I have tried several tweaks and such like but nothing seems to fix this.

Has anyone come across this and fixed it for good?
