NTFRS.EXE causes 100% cpu utilization

has anyone else had this issue. I have multiple domain
controllers over a WAN. I have no meaninful information
in the event viewer.

Sorry this was not so clear. Only one of the DC's is
peging the CPU at 100 and the process that is causing it
is ntfrs.exe. I am running service pack 4.
