NT On Access Scanner serv. message

Recently when re starting,I get an "NT On Access Scanner
service has encountered a problem and has to
close...ect..." message,and my computer doesn`t fully
restart until that message box appears and I acknowledge
and close it out.What is this? I think it may have
something to do with my recent aquisition of McAfree anti
virus. It`s not a big deal,it just makes my computer take
a lot more time to fully come back up after restarting.Any
ideas out there? Thanks in advance, Philmore

Your suspicion of McAfee is correct. The NT On Access Scanner is
part of McAfee's application. You might try looking on McAfee's
support web site for specific solutions.
