notron antivirus

a window popped up saying unistall then reinstall norton so i uninstalled, i
went to reinstall and i have no disk.its a new computer and everything came
already on it.anyone have a clue where i go to find norton and reinstall ?
 
The version of Norton that came with your computer was a trial version. You
must now buy the full version. You cannot leave your computer unprotected.
You cannot re-install the trial that came with your computer.
