I loathe them. Who's the human being around here, anyway?
Why should I put up with the OS nagging? Especially if we
decide to switch to XP for workstations here - I DO NOT
want users urged to for instance get rid of all their
icons. Thank goodness for TweakUI, but I agree that MS
should include that option in the basic OS.

And I don't like personalized menus either. Does anyone
know a way to get rid of them in Office?

In office goto Tools>>Customize>>Opitions Tab>>Check "Always Chow Full
Menus"
