Notification Area icons not show at bootup

If I just turn on the PC running XP Pro, the icons (ie:
firewall, hotsync, anti-virus, etal) in the notification
area do not show. However, if I logoff and log back on as
the same user, they appear. I have it set to NOT hide
inactive icons.

This is on a PC with a single user not on a network and I
do not have it setup to stop to prompt for logon.

Any suggestions to correct this & cut down on the time
required to basically logon twice, is appreciated.
